CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
EAR WAX OILING ADVICE
We recommend any surgical oil sprays that can be purchased off the internet.
Please apply 2 sprays or drops to the affected ear(s) twice a day for 7 days minimum.
WE WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO USE ANY EAREX OR OTEX. If you do use Earex or Otex earwax softening drops that contain hydrogen peroxide, use for a MAXIMUM 3-5days ONLY PLEASE.
